Yoga therapy can provide support when something in your experience breaks down, causing some form of pain and suffering.  Yoga therapy utilizes a variety of means to assist with moving energy and is customized to each aspirant's needs. Tools for rebalancing are vast and look different for everyone.

One aspirant, for example, might benefit from addressing an injury, while another wants to work on managing anxiety, yet another aspirant may benefit from examining the yoga of food through the lens of yoga philosophy etc.

Yoga therapy is deeply enhanced by regular (sadhna) practice.  Pranayama, asanas, mudras and mantras are shared to support each individual's path work.
