Andrea Morgan lives on the beautiful island of Kaua'i. She has completed a 200 hour Integrated Yoga teacher training, among other certifications, and is registered with Sarva Purnam International Yoga Society (SPIYS). She spends the majority of her time in nature and is passionate about supporting planetary sustainability efforts.
Andrea is a social worker and has previously worked for a variety of nonprofits. While in private practice, she shared space with a Tibetan Buddhist temple in Salt Lake City. During this time she became captivated by the Buddha and interested in meditation.
"I began to give serious consideration to what going for refuge or enlightenment might look like." Her desire to respond to human suffering in new ways gradually led her out of traditional mental health and onto the path of yoga. Today she shares principals of mindfulness, meditation and asana.
Andrea is a lover of culture, diversity and travel. She is always up for the next adventure and loves meeting new people. "I try to stay focused on the transient nature of physicality and attempt to embrace each moment with gratitude, presence and transparency."
